Who I am….
Natural with existing light, real, personal and intimate, original, creative and pure, unique, vivid, intuitive.
These keywords give an idea about my personal style, which I developed over the last 45 years. I was introduced to the magic of photography by my father and grandfather who had their own dark rooms. When I was 6, I was given my first camera; a Kodak Pocket Instamatic, followed by a Praktica Mirror Reflex Camera. With my first autofocus camera, a Minolta Dynax 7000i, I travelled around the world, bringing back images from far away countries and paradises. The introduction of digital photography didn’t change my way of taking pictures, but it gave me the possibility to experiment more and improve my way of photographing. I am not a big fan of Photoshop so my images are realistic and captivating whether it is a landscape or a wedding. Not a day is passing by without taking a picture; it is my passion. It is who I am.
